A big problem for car lovers is storage. There’s never enough room and too often the garage is unheated and overcrowded with other stuff.

Feeling the frustration, we constructed Park Place. It is a total car environment, with safe, climate controlled storage (short and long term) where one can do minor repairs and maintenance. If you’d rather, we will assist you in your work, or we will handle it for you. We specialize in working on all the old cars that nobody wants to tackle these days.

Park Place is also emerging as the “go to” place in the area for events and meetings. Numerous car clubs have had meetings at Park Place and we have been a primary support facility for the major Concours events held in the area. This includes receiving cars from shippers, detailing and show preparation as well as needed maintenance and repairs.
